Michael B. Targoff is chief executive officer of Loral Space & Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: LORL) (“Loral”), headquartered in New York City. He is also vice chairman of Loral’s board of directors and serves on such board’s executive committee. Mr. Targoff is Chairman of the Board of CPI International, Inc, a director of ViaSat, Inc. (NASDAQ: VSAT) and a director of Leap Wireless International, Inc. (NASDAQ: LEAP) (“Leap”). He is chairman of the audit committee of Leap and a member of the audit committee of CPI International. Mr. Targoff is also Chairman of the board of directors of three small private telecom companies. Prior to joining Loral in 1981, Mr. Targoff was a partner in the New York City office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Mr. Targoff attended Brown University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1966. From the Columbia University School of Law, he earned a doctor of jurisprudence degree in 1969. He was a Hamilton Fisk Scholar and editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems.

Rajiv Sobti currently serves on the board of directors of Fund I. He is also the Chief Investment Officer for Nomura Global Alpha. Previously, he has served as President and Chief Investment officer for Proxima Alfa Investments USA and as Managing Director and portfolio manager of the Investment Strategy Group at BlackRock Financial Management. Further, he has been a Managing Director and head of Quantitative Research with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) where he was responsible for portfolio strategies and asset/liability risk management with an emphasis on mortgage-backed securities. Dr. Sobti worked extensively with many leading insurance companies (Aetna, Hartford, Xerox Life, etc.) on risk management issues at DLJ for over 12 years. Mr. Sobti holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Stephen's College at the University of Delhi; an M.B.A. from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Ph.D. in Finance from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Jimmy Wong Yuen Tien is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He has also worked in the audit practice of a leading CA firm.

Eric A. Venpin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Mr Venpin is the managing director of Mauritian Eagle Insurance Co. Ltd and is also the Corporate Operating Officer (COO) of the Financial Services Unit of Ireland Blyth Limited.

K.N. Singh was appointed as Judge to the Supreme Court of India in 1986 and as Chief Justice of India in 1991. He began his career as an Advocate in the Allahabad High Court where he focused on Civil, Constitutional and Taxation matters.

R.V.Gupta has been member of the Indian Administrative Services since 1962, and has held positions with the Indian Central and State governments. Mr. Gupta retired as the Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India.

William Eagan is the Managing Director of MG Advisors, a financial advisory and strategic development firm specializing in the financial services industry. Prior to his employment with MG Advisors, Mr. Eagan was the Managing Director and Co-Head of the Financial Services Depository Practice at Lehman Brothers, Inc. in New York. Mr. Eagan has been an investment banker for over twenty (20) years focusing on large North American financial institutions. He has also served as a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and UBS Warburg. Mr. Eagan has worked with many U.S. financial institutions regarding various strategic and financial issues throughout the course of his career.

Brook B. Connell is a Senior Vice President, Investment Management at Tiedemann Trust Company, New York. Brooke was Senior Vice President at Kinetics Asset Management, Inc. where he was responsible for product & business development. Prior to Kinetics, Mr. Connell served as Vice President of Product Management, Development & Delivery for Chase's Global Asset Management Group. Brooke received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business Relations from Hobart College.
